For Village 425, Newark Flooring provided a full range of materials throughout the entire building — from residential units to shared amenity areas. The project features engineered hardwood flooring with warm natural tones, creating a seamless and timeless foundation across all interiors.

In key areas, custom chevron patterns were introduced to elevate the design and add architectural sophistication, particularly within large open and communal spaces.

The interiors are complemented by high-performance carpet installations, bringing comfort, texture, and durability to selected environments.

Bathrooms and kitchens were completed with carefully curated wall and floor tile combinations, ensuring a refined and cohesive finish. In addition, all custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry were designed and supplied by Newark Flooring, reinforcing a unified aesthetic throughout the entire development.
